RETURN POLICY
All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions: If you have not opened the item, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked. We do not take back opened product. You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and returned with everything that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 20% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused. Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable To avoid costly returns, check the System Requirements for each title. Be sure you have at least all of the system requirements before ordering. If there are any questions, please contact us before you order. In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Email terrellsretail@msn.com with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued. If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Call us or Email terrellsretail@msn.com for a replacement shipment. We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment that you can use to return the incorrect product to us.

Terrells Retail respects your right to privacy. We do not share any information you provide us with anybody. This includes your Name, address, telephone number and email address. None of this information will be given out in any form unless required by law.

PACKAGING TERMS
Packing refers to the way the product is packaged. (retail box) - retail box, just like the store. (DVD style box) - Item comes in a DVD style box similar to video console games. DVD style boxes are especially popular in the UK and other countries outside the U.S. This type of packaging is also becomming more prevalent in the U.S. to save shelf space. It is also more durable for shipping. (jc) - Jewel Case - includes color cover. (jc, nc) - Jewel Case, no cover. (jb) - Jewel Case with printed manual. (sl) - cd in a sleeve, no cover.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will DROPSHIP internationally into Canada ONLY. We ship packages via the US Postal Service Priority International (a customs or brokers fee may be due upon delivery). We do ship items internationally to OUR CUSTOMERS ONLY via the US Postal Service. A customs and duty fee may be applied upon delivery to the receipient of the package.

Will you ship my order USPS?
Yes, we can ship within the United States via the US Postal Service. You must present a PO Box as the delivery address for our US Postal shipping calculator to be activated. We ship into Canada via the US Postal Service however the website will offer Global Priority Rates only. Please be advised a brokers fee and duties may be due upon delivery by the recipient of the package.

How do I track my packages that have been shipped?
We will email tracking information after we have ship your product.

Are your products new or reconditioned?
95% of our products are new. If something is reconditioned, there will be an (R) to the right of the model number, and our Factory Renewed Logo will appear in the upper right hand corner of the Detailed picture of the merchandise. Our ninety day warranty will apply.

How quickly do you respond to email?
We will attempt to answer your email within 24 hours, however incoming email from the weekend may require up to 36 hours to be answered.

Can I use my own shipper number or someone elses shipping account number for shipping?
No, we cannot use another accounts shipper number.

Low Stock Count Check Stock Before Any order
Due to these product sell out fast, when we have a low stock count we may not be able to update ad in time. So customer take a few second to find out if that item is still in stock.
